This website is operated by The Syma Closet. Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Syma Closet.
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced on our website, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of India to use this website or place an order.
You must not use our products, website, or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or violate any applicable law.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every reasonable effort to present product descriptions, measurements, fabrics, colours, embroidery, and images accurately.
As many of our products are handcrafted, minor irregularities or variations in embroidery, weaving, printing, texture, and finishing may occur. These natural variations are part of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Product colours may appear slightly different due to photoshoot lighting, screen settings, and device displays. Minor colour variation is not considered damage or a defect and does not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.
SECTION 3 – PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Product prices, offers, discounts, and availability may change without prior notice. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve the product.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, offers, availability, and order information.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraud, incomplete customer information, or delivery restrictions.
Customers must provide a correct name, phone number, email address, billing address, shipping address, and PIN code when placing an order.
SECTION 5 – PAYMENTS
We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other online payment methods displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery is available across India.
For orders above ₹3,999, a 10% advance payment is required. The payment method for the remaining balance will be confirmed with the customer for the relevant order.
SECTION 6 – ORDER CANCELLATION
A customer may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Prepaid orders are generally dispatched on the same day or the next business day.
Cash on Delivery orders are generally dispatched within 3–4 business days because the order is re-verified before dispatch.
Delivery generally takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the location and courier service availability.
Tracking details will be sent to the phone number provided by the customer after dispatch.
The Syma Closet is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping charges, wherever applicable, are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.
SECTION 8 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
The Syma Closet does not accept returns or offer refunds.
An exchange is available only if the product is received damaged or defective.
Returns or exchanges are not available for change of mind, dislike of the product or design, colour preference, or any other personal reason.
For an approved exchange, the product must remain unworn, unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
Customers should contact The Syma Closet immediately through WhatsApp or the customer support details available on our website if a product is received damaged or defective.
The shipping method and applicable cost for an approved exchange will be communicated by our customer support team on a case-by-case basis. Free reverse pickup should not be assumed unless specifically confirmed by The Syma Closet.
SECTION 9 – WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including photographs, product images, text, graphics, logos, videos, and designs, belongs to The Syma Closet or is used with appropriate permission.
Content from this website must not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without our written permission.
SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment gateways, courier companies, analytics providers, and other third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, practices, or policies of third-party websites or services. Customers should review the applicable third-party terms before using those services.
