SHIPPING POLICY

At The Syma Closet, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read the terms below before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details on your registered email address and WhatsApp number.

SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY TIME

Standard shipping is free across India.
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations and during festive or peak seasons.

COURIER DELAYS

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, The Syma Closet will not be liable for delays caused by the courier company or postal authority. However, our team will assist customers with shipment-related concerns wherever possible.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners make up to 2-3 delivery attempts. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and reachable. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or no response to delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us.

CASH ON DELIVERY AND PARTIAL PAYMENT

Cash on Delivery is available across India on orders up to ₹4,999.
For orders above ₹4,999, Cash on Delivery is not available. These orders can be placed using Partial Payment, where a part of the order value is paid at checkout and the balance is paid in cash at the time of delivery.
The exact upfront amount and the balance amount are displayed clearly on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
Orders placed with Partial Payment are dispatched only after the upfront amount is successfully received. Please keep the balance amount ready in cash at the time of delivery. If the balance amount is not paid at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to us and treated as a refused delivery.
