SHIPPING POLICY

At The Syma Closet, we aim to process and deliver every order safely and efficiently across India.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Prepaid orders are generally dispatched on the same day or the next business day.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days, as every COD order is re-verified before dispatch.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or delays caused by the courier company or postal authority.

ORDER TRACKING

Once the order has been dispatched, the tracking number and shipment details will be sent to the phone number provided by the customer while placing the order.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Orders will be delivered to the address entered by the customer at checkout. Customers must ensure that their name, complete address, PIN code, and contact number are correct before placing the order.

The Syma Closet will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, wherever applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any shipping charges paid or applied to an order are non-refundable.

COURIER DELAYS

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, The Syma Closet will not be liable for delays caused by the courier company or postal authority. However, our team will assist customers with shipment-related concerns wherever possible.

CASH ON DELIVERY AND PARTIAL PAYMENT

Cash on Delivery is available across India.

For orders above ₹3,999, a 10% advance payment is required. The method of payment for the remaining balance will be confirmed with the customer for the relevant order.
