Collection: THE FESTIVE CLOSET

Handcrafted unstitched festive suits with dupatta, from bandhani gota patti to Banarasi and Farrukhabadi handwork.

How to Choose Your Festive Suit

The best festive suit is one that fits your occasion, stays comfortable through long celebrations, and arrives in time to be stitched.

Start with the occasion. For weddings and sangeet nights, Farrukhabadi dabka and zari handwork or Banarasi suits give the richest, most celebratory look. For Diwali and Karwa Chauth, bandhani gota patti is a timeless choice, with bright colours and traditional detailing. For daytime functions like haldi or mehendi, Kota doriya mukesh work and chikankari feel lighter and fresher.

Think about comfort. If you will be wearing your suit for many hours, lighter fabrics like Kota doriya, chiffon and chinnon are easier to carry through the day than heavily embellished pieces.

Leave time for stitching. All our festive suits are unstitched, so plan for your tailor's time before the festival. Prepaid orders are dispatched the same day and usually reach you within 3–5 working days, so ordering early and paying online gives you the most breathing room.

Care for it right. Most festive pieces are best dry cleaned to protect the handwork and embellishments.
